Who's actually behind this

JustBookDirect was built on Vancouver Island, by someone who actually works in vacation rentals here - not a tech company that decided travel looked profitable.

I've spent years helping local property owners increase their direct bookings and get more of every dollar guests spend. Before that, 20 years in radio and television gave me a real foundation in communication and marketing - the same skills I now put to work getting your property in front of the right guests.

JustBookDirect exists to do what I'd already been doing property by property, at scale: give guests a way to book directly with the people who own the place, at a fair price, and give owners a platform fee that's honest and doesn't move around - plus a payout that lands the moment a guest pays, not weeks later.

JustBookDirect is still small, and I'd rather be upfront about that than pretend otherwise. What it isn't is a call centre in another country reading from a script - we're a small, local team, and questions get answered by someone who actually knows this platform.
